RabTeemPrivacy Policy
RabTeem is built so that your meetings stay on your Mac. The app collects no personal data, sends nothing anywhere and uses no analytics or tracking.

The RabTeem app
Calendar
With your permission, RabTeem reads events from the calendars set up in macOS (for example iCloud, Google, Microsoft 365 or Exchange). It processes meeting titles, times, locations, notes and links only on your Mac, to show your upcoming meetings and join them. This data is never sent anywhere and is not stored outside the system calendar.
Settings
Your settings (such as the selected calendars, appearance, language or keyboard shortcut) are stored locally on your Mac only. Exporting settings creates a file only where you choose to save it.
Network, analytics and tracking
The app has no network access, contains no analytics or advertising tools, and does not track you across apps or websites. When you join a meeting, RabTeem simply opens the link in the service’s app (such as Teams or Zoom) or in your browser. From there, that service’s own privacy policy applies.
Diagnostics
Technical records about how the app runs are written only to the macOS system log on your Mac. Meeting titles, notes and links are never written to it.
Support and e-mail
If you write to us (for example with the “Send Request” button in the app), we process your e-mail address and the content of your message in order to reply. The app only pre-fills the RabTeem and macOS versions; you see the message before sending and can edit it. Meeting details are never attached. We keep e-mails only as long as needed to handle your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering users’ questions.
The rabteem.com website
The website is static and uses no cookies or analytics. For technical and security reasons, the hosting provider may briefly keep standard access logs (such as IP address and request time).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict its processing and to object. Just write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in the Czech Republic the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
Children
RabTeem collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date.
